70.3 Colombo 💯

🚴Had a great time on the bike and managed to complete the bike averaging 34.2 km/h and being 3rd of my age group on the bike leg only. This is a total reflect by the training sessions by @mithun_liyanage and to the long rides over the weekends with the @endurancelabsrilanka bunch.

🏃Run wasnt that strong as most of the training sessions were focused on to swim as I had to learn from scratch and such a bummer that it got cancelled thanks to the croc 🐊

🏊‍♂️Even though the swim got cancelled Thanks alot for my coaches @adikdeniya @joshuajesuthasan @kyleabeysinghe @kwaswimming for training me to swim 1.9km within just 5 months of training. It was hell of a journey !

Thanks alot for the training tips guys! @mithun_liyanage @shehancarrim @rahulsk.97 @kisal_hewage @shenaal.chandiram @islandtriathlete @ashadevos @deethri_09 @kanishkamunasinghe @larafox526 @ishanka.wimaladharma and all others for helping me out!!

Hopefully the first of many! On to the next❤️ #ironman703 taken in Colombo, Sri Lanka by @_gamindu_
