My spring wreath 🌷

These are SO easy to make! $5 worth of supplies at the dollar store and it adds a little colour to our door. 🌸🌼🌷🪻 by @_gatto.co

Christmas wreath series ❤️🤍🎄 🎅🤶

This was such an easy inexpensive craft and it filled my heart. I foraged for local branches and holly. Theres a holly tree right outside my building and evergreens in the park we back on to. Just had to purchase the ring which was 5$ at Michaels.

I will definitely be making this a Christmas tradition ❤️ by @_gatto.co

This past weekend I attended a natural pigment workshop where I learned how to extract the natural pigment from items in nature.

We extracted brown from wood, purple from blackberries, orange from calendula.

We then learned how to take the extracted colour and use it for clothing dye, water colour paint, and food colouring.

I never knew you could use just about any natural plant for its colour. I have started to dye any of my stained clothes with beautiful colours of purple from blackberries I collected in the area.

I’ve been heavily slacking on the art over the last year. I think I forgot how to draw. Hoping to get back into it as soon as Fall hits!

Here’s an old pic of something I drew when I thought I wanted to be a tattoo artist haha.
