Another jiu jitsu competition in the books. A man couldn’t ask for a better team than I have with @unchained_fitnessandmma. I was fortunate enough to win 2nd place in Gi and No-Gi this go around. by @_gavin_y

Very appreciative to have been able to compete in my first jiu-jitsu tournament with my team! I was fortunate enough to take home a silver and a bronze medal thanks to my coach @unchained_fitnessandmma and all the great men we train with who make me better every class. Along with the training at the gym I have love and support from my family at home that make it all possible @nicoleanewton @ltbug76 taken in USF Yuengling Center by @_gavin_y
