Very proud of this episode because the subject matter is one very close to my heart as a mom who suffered from postpartum depression for 3 years. I’m so happy that the conversation is being had and I pray that going forward more funding for research and resources will be made possible .

Let’s be real for a second—stepping out and chasing what you actually want is terrifying.
It is so much easier to stay comfortable and play it safe. Almost every time you level up or try something new, that little voice of imposter syndrome gets loud. It tries to tell you that you aren’t ready, or that you don’t belong in that room.
That is exactly when you have to push harder. You have to quiet the noise, lean entirely on your faith, and take the step anyway. The only thing scarier than failing is looking back ten years from now and wondering, “what if?”
Drop a 💯 in the comments if you are pushing through the fear today!

P.S When anxiety, fear and the imposter try to take the wheel, fight that shit. Give it to God, go after it, and make sure your story is about faith, not regret.

For all the moments when I doubted myself & my strength . Being pregnant and doing sound eng traveling jobs, commercials, docs, renovations shows, taught me that I am power, my body is strong, I can do anything and through God anything and everything is possible
