WOW!!! I did a thing today!🥹I am SUPER PROUD of myself. First time doing the Broad Street Run🏃🏾‍♀️💨I trained for a week, literally.😫 Didn’t have a bib until the other day. My cousin pushed me into doing this run, and I’m glad he did. Showing up for myself in this capacity feels so good. All the love along the run was super motivating. I still can’t believe I ran 10 miles, and did not stop one time! No walking or restroom. At the water station, I grabbed my water and was running and drinking. The grit and discipline I showed myself today is unmatched. I been showing up for myself a lot lately, and I feel good. My run, my pace, & my speed.
