me, part robot 🤝🏽 patagonia w trek

5 days, 50-something miles, and just 3 months after breaking my ankle in a surfing accident. after a surgery with a plate, screws, and cables, navigating the ups and downs of recovery, and relearning how to walk… wowowow does this feat feel extra sweet!

still in awe of what we can do when healing meets grit and a whole lot of mental fortitude. forever grateful for a body that can carry me across this wildly beautiful planet, my people who hype, push, and carry me through, and the little ankle that could🦶🤍 (peep pic 4: gave her a big hug after reaching the iconic Torres, which Mother Nature graciously kept hidden from us until the next time we visit 🏔️) taken in Torres del Paine National Park, Patagonia, Chile by @_grace_lee
