Ladies ❤️ the next Woman Up term is open!

I’m honestly so happy with what we’ve been creating in these classes. Seeing the girls becoming more comfortable, asking questions, trying things they wouldn’t have tried before… and just seeing everyone slowly come out of their shell 🥹❤️

So for the next 6 weeks, we continue.

We’ll work on technique, body movement, details, confidence — and I’ll definitely be pushing you 😌😂 But I also want you to have space to explore what feels good on your body and what feels like YOU.

You don’t need to dance like me.
I want you to dance like you ❤️

Registration for October is open 💋

🆕🆕🆕👀🔥

Okay, we’ve been VERY excited to finally share this one with you - BachaZouk Mastery is here!

If you love bachata but you’ve been curious about that smooth, flowy feeling that comes from Brazilian Zouk… this one is for you.

For 6 weeks, we’re going to explore how we can bring Zouk concepts into our Bachata — not to change your Bachata, but to give you more possibilities, more control and more ways to play with your partner. 🤩

@karlbouchebel is a MAC Certified Brazilian Zouk Instructor, and together we’ll be bringing our Zouk and Bachata experience into this 6-week program.

And yes… we’re going to have a LOT to play with 😏

📅 Mondays, starting October 5
⏰ 9:15–10:30 PM
✨ 6 weeks

We seriously can’t wait for this one!! ❤️‍🔥

You learned the move… but can you actually use it when you dance? 👀

That’s exactly what we want to work on in Bachata Combinations Vol. 2.

We’ll take different movements, connect them together, play with variations and, most importantly, understand how to actually use them in your dancing.

Expect lots of practice, questions, laughs 😂 and those little “ohhh, NOW I get it” moments.

📅 Mondays, starting October 5
⏰ 8:00–9:15 PM
✨ 6 weeks

Come dance with us! Registration link in bio 🤍 taken in Toronto, Ontario by @_grettutii
