Hi friends,

I’m sorry I haven’t been very active or posted much about hair recently. Life has gotten insanely busy behind the chair and outside of work. Just know that I’m so grateful for all of you that have come to see me this summer.

If you’ve been in my chair before, it’s likely that we’ve talked about my stinky bundle of joy, Cid. He’s the sweetest brat I could ever love and has been my rock for the last 8 years. This week we unfortunately discovered that he has a mass near his throat. We don’t know if it’s cancerous or not right now, but we do know that he will definitely be in and out of the vet’s office until we can get some more information and hopefully have it removed. It’s still all very fresh and raw. it’s scary but I’m hopeful.

With that being said, it would mean the world and more to me if any of you would come visit me in the salon so that I can stay ahead of the vet bills. I’m typically not the type to outwardly ask for help. So this is irregular and vulnerable for me. It feels wrong to ask for people to come and sit in my chair with all of the things happening in the world around us, but it’s the only way I know how to use my skills for good. You and your hair is so important to me. I couldn’t be more happy for where I am in my career and for the community we’ve built together. I will never take that for granted.

If you can find the energy, please do a girl a solid and come see me for all your trim, big chop, and color transformation needs. Tell your friends, fam, and loved ones that i’m always accepting new clients and i’m 10000% encouraging you all take advantage of our referral discount. I just want to take care of you all and especially my fur baby the best way that I can.
