I’m a pharmacist, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and a mom of three.

I’m passionate about holistic living, root-cause health, and making cleaner swaps where you can. But I also believe health shouldn’t feel overwhelming or all-consuming.

I started making non toxic swaps about a decade ago, but I really began diving into this way of living when my dad was diagnosed with dementia and aphasia in his 40s. It completely changed the way I looked at long-term health and prevention.

I also navigate Hashimoto’s and adenomyosis, and I’ve learned firsthand how much lifestyle can make a difference.

The older I get, the more I realize that health is about so much more than what I learned in pharmacy school.

While I believe western medicine has an incredibly important place, I’ve also come to appreciate just how much our everyday choices impact our long-term health.

I’m a big believer in lifestyle, getting to the root cause, and building good foundations but you aren’t going to find extremes over here. 🤍 by @_haleydean

It doesn’t matter what side you typically align with or what you’re “supposed” to think because of it. If you can go into a situation feeling one way and be willing to change your mind when presented with new information, you’re my kinda person.

She didn't grow up with you.
No long history, no childhood memories.
Wasn't part of your high school stories and didn't witness your first heartbreak.
But she's the one you trust without overthinking. The one who never drains your energy and becomes a safe place without trying.
