Happy Sunday!! I thought I’d share what a typical Wednesday has looked like this summer, rehabbing from a torn LCL, hamstring tendon, and sprained MCL!

This was week 9 of rehab, and I’m suuuper blessed and happy to finally be moving well and getting back to doing some drills🥹

Learning to be grateful for the little things, keep my cup full, and trust Him with the process🤍

God bless!!💕 by @_hannahwaller

Life looks a little different lately! After suffering a severe knee injury a few weeks ago, I’m sad to share that I’ll be ending my season early.

That being said, I’m so thankful to be on the mend and working diligently with @lborosport to get back healthy. Thank you all so so much for the prayers, messages, and encouragement❤️❤️❤️ I’m so grateful!!!

Trusting God’s timing and looking forward to being back doing what I love soon!!🥳 by @_hannahwaller
