I just finished up my #mileadaymay on a smooth night run and I’m just posting this because I know I haven’t posted in a few days. 99% of people probably haven’t notice but I know I got those few people that watch my page and get motivated so with that being said man just keep going. No matter what. Highs and lows gone come that’s apart of like. Nobody ever walked this earth and didn’t go thru trails and tribulations. If everything was easy everybody would walk around with no worries. Be thankful for the position that you in right while your working and striving to be in a better one because somebody always got it 100x worse than you do trust me!

My mind been on a lot of other things and I honestly haven’t been wanting to be on social media at all but I know 1-2 people may scroll past one of my post and I may be able to motivate them to do better in life and strive to be the best version of themselves so ima keep showing up and keep showing yall that with a little discipline,structure, and effort you can change ya whole life ⚡️ in the words of @staydownmadi stay down family ❗️#reels #keepgoing #motivation #explorepage✨ taken in Houston, Texas by @_hendo1

I love going to new gyms in the city because where I’m from we ain’t really got much to offer and this gym was literally down the road from where I work so why not try it 🫡
