Sometimes the quiet of nature heals the loud pain in our hearts. 💞 by @_honorable_a_a_

Another year added today.
My first birthday without my dad, but not without his love and memories.
I keep going, for him and for myself.
Happy birthday to me 🤍
On September 24, on his birthday, I told my dad that my birthday is on 28th December.
He prayed for me immediately and said, “May we witness it.”
Then he smiled and added, “Don’t worry, we will celebrate this one.”
Today is that day…
I’m here, but he isn’t.
This is my first birthday without my dad, and my heart feels the weight of his absence.
But his prayer came to pass, and his words live on in me.
I celebrate today with tears, gratitude, and love
because even in his absence, he is still part of this day.
Happy birthday to me 🤍🕊️ by @_honorable_a_a_

The very last conversation I had with him was simple, but it remains etched in my heart. He smiled, we talked and I told him goodnight. By the next morning, he was gone.
My father lived with intention, love and sacrifice. He left behind not just memories, but lessons and values that will guide me for life. may almighty Allah SWT accept his soul and Grant him Jannah Fridaus 🙏😭😞🤍 by @_honorable_a_a_

On behalf of myself and my family, I sincerely appreciate the outpouring of love, prayers, calls, visits and messages we have received following the passing of my beloved father, Alhaji Ajape Ibrahim Aliyu.
Your kindness and support in this trying time have been a source of strength and comfort to us. May Allah reward you all abundantly, forgive your shortcomings, protect your loved ones and grant you goodness in this world and the Hereafter.
