SELF LOVE & CARE

I have always taken great care of myself and I encourage you all to remember to do the same for yourselves. Do not depend on others to provide what you have the ability to provide for yourself, independence is a gift and dare to dream. Faith without works is useless, before anyone else can truly do for you, you must first do for yourself! Be your own lover, friend, home, peace, joy, provider & protector in doing so wherever you find yourself in this vast world and thing we know as life there you will also find solace because it will be you.

I am a man of many talents one being cooking, since I was a child you could always find me in the kitchen standing on a chair rummaging through the fridge & pantry to find ingredients to work my magic with… cooking has long been a passion of mine which I’ve shared with those closest to me, it brings me a sense of peace & satisfaction like no other. On this occasion I made lamb chops with my “world famous” macaroni & cheese. As time has passed and the seasons of life have withered away many who once occupied a space in my inner world I’ve found myself sharing that love with only myself and it brings back bittersweet memories yet I hope to continue to cultivate that passion within me and to share more of my personal passions with all of you on my platforms as I unfold before you.

If you feel anything but inspired as you witness me enjoy the fruits of my labour, I love to be the bearer of bad news…I have nothing for you, you are in the wrong place! Like my desert the entendre is double.
