🇮🇳 INDIAN PILOT HAILED AS A HERO

Captain Smit Machchhar, an Indian pilot from Mumbai, is being praised for his courage after a terrifying incident aboard a Flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv.

During the flight, Machchhar was reportedly attacked and stabbed by his co-pilot. Despite being seriously injured, he managed to open the cockpit door, allowing passengers and crew to intervene.

The aircraft was diverted and safely landed in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

🇮🇳 Indian and Israeli leaders have praised Capt. Machchhar’s bravery. He is currently reported to be stable and recovering.

Ingredients

* 500 g chicken
* 2 cups basmati rice
* 2 onions
* 2 green chillies
* 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
* ½ cup curd
* Mint & coriander leaves
* Whole spices
* Red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala & salt
* 4 cups water
* Oil or ghee

Method:
Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Sauté the whole spices, onions, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste. Add the marinated chicken and cook well. Mix in mint and coriander, then add water. Once it boils, add the soaked basmati rice and cook until done. Rest for 10 minutes and serve hot with raita. by @_hungry_talks
