We’ve been off the grid for the past month preparing to deliver this case for the Keybank case competition today. It has been a great experience and our hard work paid off as we won our room out of 25 teams to make it to the final round of 5. We brought home 4th place and I was fortunate enough to win Best presenter. None of this would be possible without our Case Team advisor @q2hoang !! Thank you for all your help! Learning to celebrating the small wins! A year ago I was mentally a 2/10 until probably about July when I decided enroll into the Manderson School of Business for my MBA. 12 weeks into the school, and I’ve been consistently 8-10/10 mentally even with balancing my nursing career on top of it. It feels good to feel like Fletch again! #RollTide by @_iamfletch

May 20, 2026 — the day I became a dad. 💙

What a week it’s been. Watching Aja go through an unexpected C-section gave me a whole new level of respect for moms everywhere. I’m beyond proud of her and so proud of our little fighter, AJ. 🙌🏾

The hospital days were tough, emotional, and unforgettable, but bringing our healthy baby boy home made every second worth it. Huge thank you to our family, especially grandma, for helping carry us through it all.
