Honestly? He isn’t wrong. Plus balancing a full time job, motherhood, and life leaves almost zero extra hours in the day.

The day I turned 35, my body said what I’d been ignoring for years. 💛

GERD. Body aches. Back pain.

For most of my motherhood, I took care of myself in bursts. A good week here, a reset there, then life got busy and I’d put myself last again.

Not anymore. I made myself a promise: not perfection, consistency.

Because caring for yourself isn’t selfish, and it isn’t a reward you earn once everything else is done. It’s the base. It’s how I show up present for my kids, find the energy to build the business I dreamed of, and actually enjoy this life I’m creating.

If you’ve been running on empty, this is your reminder, mama: don’t wait for your body to force you.

Ladies, don’t come at me 😅 This one comes from love.

I grew up watching the women around me struggle, and I truly believe so much of it could have been different if they’d had money of their own.

Because money gives you options 💸
✨ The option to leave someone who isn’t good for you
✨ The option to grow your career in peace, knowing your kids are cared for
✨ The option to choose, not settle

Growing on here is simple, but it’s not easy.

Post, show up, repeat. Sounds basic until you’re doing it every day while balancing everything else.

Today I caught myself doubting the 20K by December 31 goal. And I’m sharing it because this is part of building something too. Some days you feel unstoppable, and some days you question everything.

But let me be clear: I know I’ll get there. This is a long-term game, and one off day doesn’t change where I’m going. It’s just one of those days. Mañana seguimos. 💪🏽
