Thinking of opening a Salon Suite ok! Here are some key factors to think about before SAVE THIS:

• Renovations: FUNDING FUNDING FUNDING! How much all of this is going to cost as well as do I have good credit so I can use OPM?

• Suites: How many suites can I build out to see Return Of Investment?

• Competition: What are their rates per suite?

• Finding a profitable location

• Parking: Is there enough room for your clients and tenants? If you want 20, there should be parking for at least 30-40 cars.

• Lease terms: Can you negotiate? Do they offer perks like help with renovations or free rent during buildout?

• Foot traffic: Is it in a busy area where people will see your business?

Overwhelmed don't worry , book a Business call with us so we can tell you about our mentorship we are currently offering. There are 3 more spots available in our mentorship program until our next enrollment. You wouldn't want to miss THIS!
