They said HYROX builds character… I had enough character before I got on that Assault Bike 😂

Strength, speed, endurance and a little unnecessary suffering. Coach Bo officially in hybrid mode. 🏃🏾‍♂️💨

Sweating is your body’s way of cooling itself down, NOT proof that you’re burning fat.

That 3 pounds you lost after sitting in the sauna? Mostly WATER WEIGHT. Drink some water and watch it come right back. 😂

Fat loss comes from consistently burning more calories than you consume. Not from how soaked your shirt is after a workout.

Stop measuring your progress by how much you sweat and start paying attention to your nutrition, training, and consistency.

NOW YOU KNO, YOU GOT IT FROM BO. 🎓💪🏾

Save this before you put on three hoodies to do cardio. 😂

GYM CHECK WITH BO 📍
2020 Jericho Tpke, New Hyde Park, NY 11040

I’m taking my talents to different weight rooms and seeing who’s really got the goods.

Some gyms look good on camera, but the real question is, CAN YOU GET SOME WORK IN?

🏆 THE BO RATING: 8.5/10

Not a perfect 10, but definitely made an impression.
