Are confident people just born that way? They are absolutely frigging not.

Dean Vary has been telling school kids this: even Ronaldo and Messi are nervous before they step onto a pitch. Confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you LEARN. You feel the fear and do it anyway, and you only get better the more you try.

Full chat with Darren is out now, wherever you get your audios (or use the link in bio - it’s easy like).

We've got #marriedatfirstsight nice guy* @vary_dean joining @darrenharriott on the show tomorrow.

They're talking about the show (and the bride), body confidence in the world of reality tv and all the proposals Dean's getting.

This was a tricky, tricky edit because of all the laughter: TUNE IN CHECK IT OUT BEBES.

*(a really really nice guy, we promise).

We're back in the studio this week, so giving you a bit more of the WONDERFUL @hannahbitch_cough_ski

This week in particular with social media serving up such passion around how Cornell got to the Cornell 7, it stands to have a think about just how young were socialised to feel that other people (women and girl's) bodies are proprietary.

Enjoy this episode that brings hope, humour and a definite fight back.

Reclaiming FAT with @rhiannoncooperpt

Can a fat person be a personal trainer? The internet has plenty to say - often loudly, cruelly and without knowing what it’s talking about.

@darrenharriott sits down with Rhiannon, founder of Not So Typical Fitness, and one of the best out there, to discuss the abuse fat PTs receive & why representation in fitness is not just important but necessary.

There are PLENTY of people more qualified than we to comment on this - see upcoming guest, @models_of_diversity for one - but if we may jump I : how fucking SAD is it that journos need to debase themselves to these depths of culture wars. There's nothing cool about pain, surgery, feeling ostracised from everyday life and the relentless of shit slung at anyone different across social media.

We're here for some positive change and a massive 🖕at this pettiness.
