This summer has been super busy, so here are a few updates at once:

1. My new junk journal - haven't had much of a chance to work in it yet!

2. Odd Spot at the market, photo from @oldies961

3. We've added curated clothes to our market booth! These are items I've loved and held on to for a while, and am finally letting them go :')

4. A handmade notebook for a friend's birthday - I left the Table of Contents as it was, hoping it will be a suitable representation of what goes inside 😊

Trinkets show & tell on my nostalgia-inspired junk journal 😊

I realized I say vibe a lot in this vid but if this journal isn't a vibe, I don't know what is!

Homemade #ootd sticker sheets for the everyday journaler 😊 something I sort of started for myself but I've really run away with the idea. These ones will be available at the @black_cat_bazaar this weekend!

It's about time I share this journal since I've been working in it for nearly a year now! The cover is meant to inspire nostalgia for the early 2000s, when toys and electronics and girls' bedrooms were whimsically colorful or sparkly, sometimes with a nature-y vibe and a touch of wacky pomo aesthetic (look it up). When you were just beginning to mix your own style with lingering childhood stuff. The pinks and purples and bright greens of that time feel like tacky color combos now, but it's such a delight to recall those carefree days 🦎🦋🌸👚

Sharing a few gifts I made this past Christmas for friends - a customized journal (that I bought secondhand) and tarot-card-of-the-day holders with a personalized placeholder card 😊

For Christmas my sister gifted me a 'collage game' that she made using collected scraps. The idea is simply to make art only using the scraps included in the game, so I spent my birthday 'playing' the game with friends 😊💗

Here's my collage: it started with the 'Fairy Patch' cardboard and the concept of a 'winter afternoon at home daydreaming of summer' quickly developed, using magazine pages, business cards, Christmas cards, etc. 🐞

The second collage I made shortly after using the leftover scraps ✨

This Christmas I made oracle style cards for my friends of their woodland critter counterpart living cozily in their winter hideaways. This is a version I made for myself using clippings from Christmas magazines, and tried to include as many woodland critters as I found, even if they are made of gingerbread 😊
