💝Pause & Flow Workshop💝 🙏🏼 Wow, last night, we created a beautiful evening of sharing, laughing, listening, and creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone to truly relax and just be. We were so grateful to be joined by Colin from JSI Coaching, who delivered such a powerful and insightful talk on the mind and menopause which really gave us all something to reflect on 🙌🏼 💫A huge thank you to our incredible clients who bravely shared their personal spinal flow journeys and supported us with some amazing demonstrations. We really showed just how fascinating and intelligent the body truly is! And yes… we remembered our bolsters this time 😄 We ended the evening with a deeply moving, personally written menopause meditation by Colin, accompanied by the healing sounds of singing bowls 💫 🙏🏼Thank you to KFD for holding such a safe and supportive space for connection, and of course to my bestie Bex… for simply being you 🤍 🫶🏼Some of you lovely ladies have already booked in. We can’t wait for you to experience the Spinal Flow Technique and begin easing pain, tension, and stress within your body. If you’d love to join our next workshop, keep an eye on our socials and website for upcoming dates. For more information or to book, visit: www.waterfallwellness.co.uk We are so grateful you gave yourselves the time to reconnect and be part of this beautiful community.
