There’s a feeling I can’t quite explain watching a woman embody her sensuality…

So at home in her body she moves with such freedom, a power that captivates.

It used to feel confronting because I was yet to meet that side of myself, let alone welcome her.

Dance has been this doorway to meet myself more deeply. It’s allowed me to lean into she who is untamed, wild and free. Not to become someone but to uncover what lies beneath the fear, beneath the layers of my mind… and this doorway isn’t the end.

It’s rippled into every part of my life. Opening me to myself in ways I never expected. Im learning to trust the wild, free woman who’s been there all along and everytime I choose her over fear life opens a little more. 🐺 🩶 🌹 by @_innerflame

There are a few times in our lives with moments of complete relief. Overwhelmed with emotions and a racing heart heartbeat, yet a calm mind and a weightless body. The contrast is not confusing but feels right. So present in these moments where our compulsive chattering minds give pause, so as not to mentally whisk us away to a place other than here and now. nothing is wrong in this moment. Who knew the splendour of the moment can so dazzle us? Bathed in awe, a door seems to open to another reality, always present yet rarely witnessed. We see a glimpse of the eternal realm of being itself. If only for that brief moment in time we come home to our true self. 📝 💭 👁️

Through self-study one comes into union with the divine ~•~

What started as a page to share my spiritual learnings has somehow turned into a space to simply be… to express, reflect and honour all the messy, magical parts of being human.

Provoking paradoxes. Raw and playful, wild and tender, happy and heartbroken, grieving and grateful, afraid yet brave, lost and found.
