DAY 82/100 🔥

Stop waiting until you feel ready.

I think we spend so much time waiting for the right feeling, the right moment, or the perfect circumstances before we take action.

But here’s what I’m learning…

Ready isn’t a feeling. It’s a decision.

You might not feel motivated to work out.
You might be scared to start that business.
You might feel unqualified to put yourself out there.
You might be waiting for life to slow down before you finally do the thing you’ve been talking about.

But what if you just started?

You don’t have to feel confident. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to decide that it’s worth doing and take the first step.

And honestly, I’m still learning this myself. I’m behind on posting this challenge, but I’m still here, still showing up, and still working on becoming better.

Because consistency isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about making the choice to keep going.

Whatever you’ve been putting off, stop waiting to feel ready. Make the decision. Do the hard thing. Start today.

What’s one thing you’re going to stop putting off?

Let’s do it together.

DAY 83/100 | BE A CONSISTENT DAD💙

I want to be the kind of dad my son can always count on.

Not a perfect dad. I know that’s never going to happen.

But a dad who shows up.

A dad who keeps his word.
Who does the hard things even when he doesn’t feel like it.
Who takes care of his body and his family.
Who leads by example instead of just telling his son what to do.
Who chooses patience when it’s easier to get frustrated.
Who loves his wife well.
Who puts his phone down and is actually present.

Because our kids are watching us.

They’re learning more from how we live than from what we tell them.

I want my son to see that becoming a better man is a daily decision. That you can make mistakes, own them, get back up, and keep growing.

I’m not going to get it right every day. But I can wake up tomorrow and try to be 1% better.

At the end of the day, I don’t just want to tell my son how to live.

I want to live in a way that gives him something worth following.

Fathers, let’s keep showing up. Our kids don’t need perfect dads. They need dads who are present, consistent, and willing to keep growing.

What’s one thing you want your kids to learn from the way you live?

DAY 76/100 💪

Choose your “hard”

Working out is hard.
Eating healthy is hard.
Waking up early is hard.
Staying disciplined is hard.

But so is feeling out of shape.
So is having no energy.
So is looking back and wishing you had taken better care of yourself.

You don’t get to avoid hard things. You get to choose which hard you’re willing to live with.

I’m not saying you have to be perfect. I’m definitely not.

I’m just trying to make more choices today that my future self will thank me for.

One workout. One meal. One decision at a time.

Pick your hard.

What’s one hard thing you’re choosing to do today?

Let’s hold each other accountable and get better together. 👊

DAY 75/100 🌱

Think about a seed.

A seed disappears into the ground.

From the outside, it looks like nothing is happening.

But underground, roots are forming.

The seed doesn’t get applause for growing roots.

Nobody posts:

“Day 47: My roots are looking incredible!” 😂

But those roots are what allow the tree to stand when the storms come.

I think God does the same thing with us.

Sometimes He puts us in seasons where the progress feels invisible.

Where you’re showing up, putting in the work, praying, trying to become better…

…and you’re wondering, “Is any of this actually working?”

But maybe God is building something underneath the surface.

Discipline.
Patience.
Humility.
Endurance.
Self-control.
Faith.
Integrity.
Obedience.

Things nobody else can see.

And eventually, what God has been building underneath starts showing up above the surface.

So if you feel like you’re not making progress right now…

Don’t stop watering the seed.

Keep showing up.

Keep trusting God.

Keep growing your roots.

Because when the storm comes, you’ll be grateful for the foundation nobody saw being built.

Day 75/100. 🌱

I may not be able to see all the progress yet.

But I’m trusting that the roots are growing.

DAY 73/100💪

I’ve been slacking on Reels lately.

I’ve still been showing up on Stories, but if I’m being honest, I haven’t been as consistent as I wanted to be.

So I’m not waiting for tomorrow or next week.
I’m not waiting for a new month. I’m not waiting for conditions to be perfect to get back on track.

I’m starting now.

27 days left.

And I’m adding another challenge to the challenge:

⏰ Wake up at 5:30 AM
📖 Meet with my creator
💪 Get my workout in
🧠 Be intentional with my mornings
📱 Create instead of consume
🔥 Finish these 100 days stronger than I started

And I want you to do something with me.

Maybe it’s working out.
Maybe it’s cleaning up your diet.
Maybe it’s learning something new.
Maybe it’s starting that business.
Maybe it’s finally doing the thing you’ve been talking about.

It doesn’t have to be huge.

Just pick something and commit to it for the next 27 days.

Let’s finish this year stronger than we started it.

What are you committing to?

Drop it below. 👇
Let’s hold each other accountable.

DAY 68/100 💪

Be proud of yourself.

Not just because you hit your goal.
Not because everything has been easy.
Not because you’ve had it all figured out.

But because you kept going through things most people never even knew you were facing.

I’ve watched my wife walk through things she never would have chosen, and somehow she still finds a way to laugh, love, explore, and LIVE LIFE FULLY.

Sometimes the biggest victories are the ones nobody sees. So if you’re going through something right now that nobody else understands…

Keep going.

You’ve survived things you once thought you couldn’t.

Be proud of how far you’ve come. ❤️

Day 62/100 💪

One of the biggest mistakes you can make is choosing friends who make you comfortable instead of friends who challenge you.

The right friends don’t just celebrate your potential. They hold you accountable to it.

Find friends who are willing to ask the tough questions.

Friends who challenge you when you’re settling.

Friends who sharpen you when you’re getting comfortable.

Friends who love you enough to tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one brother sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

The people you surround yourself with should make you better, stronger, and more intentional.

And don’t just look for those friends.

Be that friend.

Let’s spur each other on! 🔥

DAY 61/100 🤝

I want friends who get a little upset with me when I’m not living up to my potential.

Not people who just tell me what I want to hear.

People who know me well enough to say:

“You’re better than this.”
“You said you were going to do it.”
“What happened?”
“Get back after it.”

And I want to be that friend for other people too.

Because real friendship isn’t just about having fun together.

Sometimes it’s encouraging each other.
Sometimes it’s challenging each other.
Sometimes it’s telling someone the truth because you care about them too much to watch them settle.

I’m realizing the people closest to you can have a huge impact on who you become.

So surround yourself with people who love you where you are, but also believe in who you can become.

And be that person for someone else.

SPUR ONE ANOTHER ON. ❤️

Who’s that friend for you?
