I’m not normally one for posts like this, but seven years ago today I lost my dad. I can’t describe the grief my family and I have felt during this time, but it felt like just yesterday he was here with us. Because June is men’s mental health awareness month, I want to express how important it is to check in on those you love, whether they seem fine or not.
