ITSSS MOTION MONDAY 🤞🏽💃🏽

• Technique matters. Fundamentals matter. The little details matter. 👏🏾

Strong motions don’t happen by accident — they come from proper placement, sharp arms, tight cores, clean angles, controlled movement, and CONSISTENT repetition.

We don’t rush the foundation just to get to the flashy stuff. We build it right, then we build it bigger.

✨ Clean technique → confident skills → stronger athletes → better routines.

If the basics aren’t solid, neither is the skill 🤏🏽☕️

We love a good shake drill 🤌🏽💃🏽

** Remember mess ups are GOING to happen! Practice is the time to fix it. Be hard on yourself, but don’t beat yourself up. Practice doesn’t make perfect, it makes permanent. Practice how you will perform, don’t wait until it’s time to perform because..

1) you will perform exactly how you’ve been practicing or once you finally do it full out, it’s going to throw you off.

2) your coach probably won’t take the chance of putting you out there.

Determination is the key 🔑

Always give a 110% - you got this 💪🏽💚

• now if you excuse us, we have to work on isolation! 🙃

sn: how many times did you hear me say “what are you doing?” 😂

Turned my dreams into a reality ✨

Cheers to 10 years of Coaching! 💐🥂

Straight out of high school, i started out coaching Rec League for 3 years. Moved up to High School JV for a year & Now going into year 6 as the Head Varsity Coach of Bethel High School!

From hosting cheer camps for the youth teams through BHS. To helping individual athletes cheering at other high schools improve their technique. As well as, expanding their knowledge of not only traditional cheerleading, but the StompNShake world too!

It’s been along time coming, but I’m proud to be starting my own business as a Travel Technique Coach! Being able to give these kids the knowledge, support and opportunities that i didn’t have growing up. Preparing them for not only college, but the real world.

To me, coaching is sooo much more than just teaching the right motion placement, conditioning, teaching cheers & cadences. It’s building a bond, building trust, mentoring and believing/pushing in them, more than they do themselves. Learning from them just as much as they learn from you.

All my babies don’t know how many times they’ve saved me.
They love i have for them and this sport is what keeps me motivated and going everyday. 🤞🏽

So, to still talk to a lot of the my babies who started from the bottom with me. To have Athletes that have gone to college & some that have already graduated college; is truly amazing! To have built an unbreakable bond. To have so many of my athletes who want to continue their cheerleading career through college (chefs kiss) 🤌🏽💋 To have some that now want to coach when they finish school, give back to the community & help build is so refreshing.🥹🙏🏽

There are soo many branches under this business & i can’t wait to continue to prosper!

Remember always pour into YOURSELF, just much as you pour into others 🫶🏽
