At The Lab, we’re finishing out our workout with shooting after getting our agility and conditioning work in. 🔥

Love this shooting drill because you have to stay locked in and focused. The goal is to make 10 shots. After every shot, you have to backpedal to the baseline, run back, and get into your next shot. Miss two in a row? You have to run outside and start the drill all over again. 🏀💨

It’s a great drill for building focus, conditioning, and the ability to knock down shots when you’re tired. Shout out to @thelab_texas for the drill!!!! by @_itz_abrielle

2028 5’7 G Abrielle Marshall 🎯

Marshall is a shooter who brings more to the floor than just knocking down shots. She plays at her own pace, is rarely rushed, doesn’t make many mistakes, and rebounds well from the guard position.

A steady, reliable guard and definitely a sleeper in the 2028 class that I believe has Division I ability.
