don’t get me wrong, i probably tell Isaac that i can’t wait to be his wife 27 times a week. but i am also constantly reminding myself to cherish every moment of just being fiancés. it’s truly been a beautiful season of growing, preparing, pruning, and trusting in the Lord. my faith has been tried and fortified more and more each day and boy do i praise God i have Isaac holding my hand through it all. every time, i am reminded that i’ve been placed in good hands. God is and continues to be so so good. though i’m excited to become Mrs. Burdette, i won’t be taking this season for granted <3 by @_iwb3_

One moment. One child. One eternity changed.

Today, a child met Jesus… not in a church pew, not from a preacher on a stage—but from a student who dared to love like Christ. Our students stepped out, and heaven stepped in. Tears filled our eyes as we watched this little heart say yes to the greatest love story ever written.

God, you’ve changed my life at @valorcollege and I give you all the glory. Thank you for using me even in all my imperfections. I praise you for molding me into the man I am and the man that I’m continuing to become. Thank you heavenly Father, that this is just the beginning.

• In January 2023 I was led to make a decision that would change my life forever, coming to the school of the spirit; Valor Christian College.

• Little did I know that I would befriend some of the best people I’ve ever met, learn from some of the most amazing professors, be poured into by one of the most steadfast and anointed Pastors of his generation, and be chosen by God to pour into His people.

• While it’d be very easy for me to make a post about all God did Thursday at Student Led Chapel, recently I’ve felt a greater need to highlight the unseen things that brought me to this point.

• I didn’t arrive at Valor with a mic in my hand. I didn’t walk into Jude Hall with a suit, my Bible, and 10 pages of notes ready to preach the word at @whclife

• Before the mic, there was a mop. (Zechariah 4:10) Before the ministry, there was 15 page papers. Before there was a chance to preach the word of God, there was Pastor Parsley declaring to me scriptures of the decade like Psalms 81:10 where I learned I could “open up my mouth with a mighty degree and God will fulfill it now you’ll see, the words that you speak, so shall it be.”

• After 14 months of constant pruning, correction and submission, then and ONLY then did God choose me to pour out everything he’s poured into me. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE!

• I give all praise and glory to GOD for using me as a vessel. HE has opened the door for accomplishment, access, and advancement. And as Revelation 3:7 states “What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.”

• Thank you to @pastordannyhaas and @leeseyh for being my spiritual father and mother who recommended Valor to me in the first place. Thank you @valorcollege for being a school where education, application and impartation are 3 pillars that will always stand tall. Thank you to @rodparsley and @ashtonparsley for continually equipping me and giving me an opportunity to preach behind such a sacred desk. Last but not least, thank you to my family and friends who’ve supported me every step of the way.❤️‍🔥 taken in World Harvest Church by @_iwb3_
