Massive thanks to @_jackferg_ who is an up and coming boxing star ⭐️ We had 4x2 min rounds, he was only going at about 50% which is scary! 😳 Thanks for looking after me in there mate, you taught me a lot about movement and defence. Thanks for subtle whacks when I was dropping my hands too 🤣🥊😊 Can’t wait to see this man in action soon. Jack took it super easy on me but I learnt so much. When you’re trying to get better at any sport, it’s always better to take on someone with better skill as you mainly learn from failure not successes 🥊 Big thanks to @teamellisboxing and my trainer and mate @antonitopic who has made this experience fun from day one! 🙏 by @_jackferg_
