A few shots of Ivan rope soloing Valentine’s Day 💃🏼

Another set from the archives - these just hit 2 years old 😅

If you climb around the Forks this time of year then you’ll probably recognize this familiar face ❤️‍🔥 We took these back in July 2024. Part of me almost felt like we were living in the canyons that season with all the stoke we had. Looking back on it now, it was a pretty foundational summer for me in establishing a base for what I know now between climbing & photography. Maybe that’s why I love these shots in particular so much.

I didn’t think much of them at the time, but they’re still some of my favorite pictures to date. Nothing crazy, just Ivan flowing his way up another beautiful & forgotten line in the canyons.

90 years young ❤️‍🔥

One of our last nights with Grandpa, I asked if he needed anything — and this time around his answer was simple: “pictures”

We spent what felt like an hour scrolling through moments from the past year — me rambling through half-told stories, jumping from one memory to the next, showing him how beautifully the lenses he gave me just weeks before had turned out. I figured I might’ve talked him to sleep — but he was with me through every tangent, every rabbit hole, just like he always has for those around him. I’ve felt his impact deeply over these past 3 years, but it inspires so much more when imagining the kind of impact a life like that leaves over 90.
