A note:

Life happens to us all. It’s less about beating yourself up & more about accountability, forgiving yourself, & putting one foot in front of the other.

We are our own worst critic. I can be so hard on myself, but I’m reframing that as a desire for more. It’s no use being upset about things we have the power to change.

God first. If it’s one thing I’ve realized in the last six months or so, it’s that all truly good and meaningful things come from a heart focused on Jesus. Like anything, it takes intention & repetition. But I’m so grateful to have Him and in Jesus I have a friend and teacher unlike any other.

Have fun. Be goofy and joyful. Life’s about perspective. Take it seriously, but don’t take it too seriously that you forget how to laugh.

When I heard @demon_slayer_offcial was coming out with Infinity Castle, I knew immediately that I was going as the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku.
Initially I planned to get a wig from Amazon but they were SO bright & gaudy, and would look ridiculous on me.
I’ve never styled hair quite like this & I must say, I think I’ve started something 🤭😍

I genuinely got a good laugh today 🤭 I’m on a new program which means trying new workouts & I love a good fitness challenge.

Let me tell you, the hanging leg lifts & cable ab crunches… humbling 🥲 but my entire torso was activated AND my arms & shoulders were burning. That was tough, but it just guarantees that I’m gonna go harder next time.

I’m not a professional, nor am I here to tell people how to work out. I get a kick out of showing my little struggles in the gym. Idc if people see me in agony, if I fall, if I make ugly faces, none of that… Ijs . We’re all out here tryna achieve something 😤

Only did squats and deadlifts today. Crazy how missing 2 wks can make you so weak 😭
Anyways the heaviest I can do rn is this modest 110 🥹 (plus the barbell which is what, like 40? Idk)

Deadlifts are my favorite. Straight leg deadlifts attack those hammies. 👌🏾
