🚨 NEW DATE — NOVEMBER 15TH 🚨

The @mr100summers WNY 5K is officially moving to November 15 at 9AM 🏃🏾‍♂️🏅

After the recent storm impacted the West New York waterfront area and with @mr100summers recovering from surgery we felt this was the right move 🙏🏾❤️‍🩹

This gives Mr100Summers and the City of WNY more time to recover while giving us more time to make race day even bigger 💪🏾

Same race
Same community
New date
More time to make it special 🔥

📍 West New York NJ
📅 November 15
⏰ 9AM

Wishing a speedy recovery to @mr100summers and WNY 🙏🏾

Runners don’t be this honest 😂

Sometimes you’re chasing a PR sometimes you just have a time goal… and sometimes you realize early NEITHER ONE IS HAPPENING 😭😂

That’s when the race plan switches to JUST GET THAT MEDAL 🏅🏃🏾‍♂️

Picked the perfect day to NOT chase a marathon PR 😂 26.2 miles of rain grated metal unfinished roads and surprise terrain 😭 sometimes the real PR is making it to the finish line in one piece 😂🏃🏾‍♂️ #Marathon #Running #MarathonRunner #RaceDay #MMTG taken in Toledo, Ohio by @_jbactive

15 miles in and my stomach said enough 😂💩 This is why you wake up EARLY on race morning and handle business before the gun goes off 😭🏃🏾‍♂️ Nothing like losing precious minutes to a mid marathon bathroom break Still finished the job though 🫡 03:36:26🏁 #MarathonRunning #RunnerProblems #RaceDay #GarminMarathon #RunningHumor taken in Toledo, Ohio by @_jbactive
