POSTS STORIES REELS

Discipline, something so lacking in our current society.

IG showing success without showing the battle or never actually doing the work, I hate highlight reels of fights because it doesn't show the work, the whole story and everyone looks good in highlights, show us the journey, show us the struggle.

Nak Muays know the real work is done in quiet, when no one is watching, except you. Only you know when you step in the ring whether you've done everything you can, how much literal blood, sweat and tears you've sacrificed.

That's why there aren't belt promotions in Muay Thai, only the crucible of the ring shows your discipline. Didn't run? Your gas tank leaves in the later rounds. Didn't train clinch? Well you'll get manhandled.

And if you want to win a National Title like VKMT sponsored fighter @arielmmcguire you better be ready to outwork every other person on the planet

Whether you're a child or adult we could all use a little more discipline in our lives. Because discipline is the highest form of self love.

Come in and check out a class with coach Christian @crixofstyx and push your discipline to the next level at VKMT

One of my most favorite images from start to finish, with my most favorite person @elainesuzannemiller !!! I told her the color scheme, she brought her own wardrobe, I showed her some inspirational images and from there we really created the concept together. We spent a couple hours working through this single image in studio and I couldn't be happier with the result:)
