To be in the room with legends! 🥹🎙️ @102_jamz @drankontherox @osamabindrankin @roxie2hot4tv I’m beyond honored and grateful to have stopped by 102 JAMZ this morning for the Drank on the Rocks Morning Show and to spend time with Drank and Roxie! I grew up listening to 102 JAMZ and the Three Live Crew Morning Show, so to find myself in the same room with the very people I grew up listening to is truly a full-circle moment. One thing this journey as a local content creator has taught me is that closed mouths don’t get fed, and you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. We all have moments when we question ourselves. Moments when that little voice in our head says, “I’m not good enough,” “I’m not ready” or “They probably won’t take me seriously.” But don’t count yourself out before someone else even has the chance to count you in. During my visit, I had the incredible opportunity to interview @osamabindrankin about his journey from being a student at @ncatsuaggies to building a successful career in the entertainment industry. We talked about how he got his start, the lessons he’s learned along the way and the experiences that helped shape the person he is today. I don’t take moments like these for granted, I’m still learning, still growing and still finding my way, but experiences like this remind me why I started🥹 Thank you, God, for every opportunity, every open door and every person who has believed in me along the way.
