From a kid with a 1.5 GPA in high school who never thought college graduation was possible… to graduating college and commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. 🇺🇸🎓

This moment was personal to me.

To my mom, thank you for being my rock through every season of life. I wouldn’t be here without your love, sacrifices, and belief in me. To my family and everyone who showed up today, thank you for celebrating this moment with me.

And to my auntie, I know you were with me in spirit today. I hope I made you proud. 💜

The journey wasn’t easy, but we made it.
