These four have been locked in since the very beginning. Day after day, class after class, competition after competition. Always showing up, always improving, always pushing themselves and each other.

What they’ve achieved in under two years since starting their journey is nothing short of incredible:

Blue Belt Promotion – Joe

Some people see a belt.
I see a story of grit, patience, sacrifice, and real discipline.

Joe is in this gym 6–7 days a week, doing every single class we offer, and he doesn’t live around the corner.
Joe travels in from Beccles, yet never makes excuses. He shows up. He puts the work in. Every time.

This promotion wasn’t built on easy days.

Joe suffered a serious collarbone break that was meant to keep him out for a long time.
Instead of disappearing, he stayed locked in physio, rehab, appointments, restrictions, and long months on the sidelines while teammates competed and progressed.

He watched.
He waited.
He worked.

And he never quit.

Since returning to competition, Joe has been on an absolute tear: 🔥

🔥 Every opponent submitted
🔥 Most matches not lasting over a minute
🔥 MMA fight won by submission in just 12 seconds

This is what resilience looks like.
