Each and every time, you made sure you showed up to your training workout after work. You also pushed through the late-night cardio session and practiced your posing when you were completely exhausted. Every ounce of repetitive, non-stop food prep has led to this exact moment.
Now, it all comes down to this.

This was your day to shine, but more importantly, it’s your day to enjoy and embrace the hard work you've put in. This has been your goal to step on the stage.

Life can be unpredictable. You never know what it will throw at you. For you, this could be the start of a long competitive journey, or it could be your very last time on stage. Only you can decide for yourself.

Never take it for granted. Have an attitude of gratitude. Be proud of yourself. You are accomplishing something many people will never be able to say they’ve done in their lifetime.

Trophies and medals collect dust, but the lessons and memories last forever!
The discipline this sport provides and teaches you doesn’t stay in the gym. Take this grit, discipline, and focus... apply it to every aspect of your life. It is setting you up for ultimate success no matter what your next goal may be.
Keep going out there, give it your all, and stay grateful!
Congratulations, @_juliet_dp !! You did it... I'm very much proud of you!! @julz.f.king by @_juliet_dp
