I rendered this cone for @homeboy.official with fresh tags from @jamal_banlieusard and AD @maxim_rosenbauer alongside some other drafts ⚠️

when I started skateboarding about three years ago, i sometimes saw people jumping over cones. It took me a while to understand how much work, effort and practice it takes to ollie that high. hopefully one day my ollies will be high enough to clear one too…. anywayyy send some motivation! 🛹

Combining two of my biggest passions: 3D and skateboarding 🛹🕸️

With our Animation „Am I Enough?“, where we tried to face our own impostor syndrome,
we wanted to show all our destructive thoughts that sometimes keep us away from success. We thought the best way to express these thoughts was through a journal or diary filled with sentences. This concept became our starting point, and here you can see the design we created for it.

🖤 Special shoutout to the beautiful font we used here: Alt-Riviera by the super talented @bojjoe / @alt__tf which also came with lovely glyphs that we also used in our clip.

“Am I enough?” “Am I qualified enough for that job?” “Am I creative enough to be a designer?” If you work in the creative industry, you might have asked yourself these questions in the past… 🎨

In this project, we faced our own creative impostor syndrome while working on it. We tried to self-reflect on what is going on in our minds and view impostor syndrome as a creative tool rather than our biggest enemy. This project was a bit like self-therapy during the process, and we hope that we might also help others with our research and results. 🌸

We had the chance to present our research and project and talk a little bit about Impostor Syndrome for @maxonvfx at the @brightfestival in April 2024 in Florence, Italy. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity! ✨🍕

Also, a big thanks to our sound designer @ines.graf for the amazing sound 🎶
