🍂 As the seasons change, I listen to what my skin needs. Cooler weather, central heating and more time indoors can leave skin feeling drier, tighter and less radiant. Add in post-summer dullness and a busy few weeks ahead, and these are the adjustments I’m making… 🧡 A more nourishing morning cleanse Superfood Glow Cleansing Butter is coming into my morning routine to leave skin feeling soft and nourished while helping brighten that post-summer dullness - pumpkin & cherry actives effective but not aggressive. 🌙 Feeding my skin three nights a week Superfood Midnight Facial under my overnight moisturiser on these evenings, giving thirsty skin an extra helping of nourishment so I wake up looking fresher and more radiant. 💧 Extra moisture twice a week ULTRA SMART Pro-Collagen Aqua Infusion Mask is my evening hydration boost. As the heating goes on and indoor air becomes drier, I’m giving my skin extra attention to help maintain that plump, comfortable feeling. It’s also like having an instant facial when I can’t get to the salon. 🫧 Choosing my evening second cleanse to suit my skin.I’m alternating Pro-Collagen Hydrating Cleansing Mousse for hydration and comfort with Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Wash to gently lift away dead skin cells and improve the look of dullness and uneven texture with no harsh acids . I can treat my skin with both on those days when it feels dry or sensitive. 👀 Giving my eye area some attention With less sleep likely over the next few weeks, I’m introducing targeted care to help improve the appearance of dark circles and tired-looking eyes. Pro Collagen Future Restore Eye - you need to try this !!! My advice? You don’t need to replace your entire routine because the calendar changes. Make thoughtful adjustments to how your skin looks and feels—and keep your daily SPF, even when summer has gone. What’s the first change you notice in your skin when autumn arrives? Any changes you’ve made ?🍁 #SkinWhisperer #AutumnSkincare #ELEMIS #SkinBarrier SkincareRoutin by @_keeleyaydin
Thursday’s Thought 💭 The internet gives you ideas. Your professional gives you advice. There’s a difference between seeing a skincare trend and knowing whether it’s right for YOUR skin. Your skin has its own needs, history and sensitivities. What works beautifully for someone else may not be what yours needs. Be inspired by what you see. Let experience help you choose. 🤍 And remember, my DMs are always open to you if you need a little guidance. 💌 #ThursdaysThought #SkinWhisperer #SkincareAdvice #KnowYourSkin by @_keeleyaydin

TUESDAY’S TOP PICK 🫧 Not all cleansing balms are the same! They might look similar in a jar, but cleansing balms are formulated differently, and that can make a big difference to how they feel and perform on your skin. I often hear people say they’ve found a “dupe” for my beloved @elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm. My challenge? Try it for at least a month, then tell me if you still think it’s the same! 😉 Here’s a simple test I like to do when comparing cleansing balms: 💄 Start with a full face of make-up. 💆‍♀️ Massage the balm into dry skin, just as I would with my ELEMIS Cleansing Balm. 💦 Add water, then rinse it away without using a cleansing cloth. 🤍 Pat the skin dry, then wipe over it to see if any make-up remains. I also pay attention to whether there’s an oily residue left on my skin. Often with a lot of cleansing balms your recommended that you have to remove with a cloth , that’s often because it’s the cloth really removing the make up not the product. So this is a way for me to see how the balm itself performs when rinsed away. What makes the ELEMIS balm so special to me? It melts at body temperature effortlessly and has that beautiful base of rose and mimosa waxes, combined with nourishing oils. Even the colour comes from orange peel Then a fragrance is added to define the experience, transforming cleansing from a mundane task into a ritual to look forward to. ✨ What do you love about using a cleansing balm ? 👀 WATCH THIS SPACE… November 1st on @qvcuk! 💙 #TuesdaysTopPick #TheSkinWhisperer #ELEMIS #ProCollagenCleansingBalm #CleansingBalm SkincareTips DoubleCleanse QVCUK by @_keeleyaydin

🍂🤎 I’m definitely an AUTUMN kind of girl! 🤎🍁 I don’t know what it is about autumn, but everything about this season just feels so me & I loved being in Ireland this time of year , experiencing Autumn as a season is something I’ve not experienced in many years ✨ From the skincare I reach for, to the makeup shades I choose, the clothes I wear and even the little comforts I surround myself with… I’m an autumn girl through and through! 🍂 My skincare becomes all about those rich, comforting textures, nourishing oils, beautiful balms and that gorgeous, healthy autumn glow. ✨ My makeup? Think warm bronzes, soft browns, earthy tones and glossy nude lips. And don’t even get me started on my lip gloss collection… I must have about 20 that are practically the EXACT same shade! 😂💄 But somehow, I can always justify buying another one! Then there’s my wardrobe… beautiful autumnal colours, soft layers and anything that makes me feel comfortable but still put together. And when the day is done? There’s nothing I love more than getting into a gorgeous pair of pyjamas, taking my makeup off, enjoying my evening skincare ritual and switching off from the world. 🤎 Currently, I’m absolutely loving my new-season @theirnibs PJs — they are giving me all the cosy autumn vibes! 🍁 I think that’s what I love most about this time of year. It’s not just about the changing colours or the cooler evenings. It’s about slowing down a little, embracing those small moments of comfort and finding joy in the simplest things. Maybe it’s an age thing, maybe it’s just me… but these days, cosy is my kind of luxury! 🤎✨ So tell me, are you an autumn girl like me, or is there another season that has your heart? 🍂👇 #SkinWhisperer #AutumnGirl #AutumnVibes #AutumnSkincare #CosySeason AutumnBeauty SkincareRitual Over50Style MidlifeStyle BeautyOver50 AutumnMakeup CosyNights TheirNibs LittleLuxuries SelfCareMoments KeeleyAydin by @_keeleyaydin
