Still getting my favorite walks in outdoors 💚🌞 … But I’ve been paying a bit more attention to the rest of the muscle groups too. A body in motion stays in motion 💫✨…. One step at a time. 💪🏼

Mason and I took a little detour while running our errands to the local 🌻 sunflower patch on #Saturday! We were pleasantly surprised that there was a really #fun maze amongst the #sunflowers and some great spots to get photos… He’s quite the little #photographer 🥰📸 I’ve been learning to focus on the good things so much that it drowns out the negative… that includes people too! 😎

My days follow a steady rhythm that I’ve come to appreciate. I thrive on routine: a 9–5 in the office, then home for at least a 2-mile walk and a home workout five days a week.

I also find quiet satisfaction in caring for the house, my little furry crew, and being present for my kiddo. It’s a full life—sometimes a lot in a single day—but it all comes together with a sense of balance. ✅

I’ve been putting in some work over here. After long work days it’s not easy at times but…

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” 💪🏼🙏🏼

Wednesdays I work on legs and glutes. 😉 I see some veins popping out in that arm too. 💪🏼 Progress not perfection. 💁🏻‍♀️ Just wait until my son gets those other pieces of equipment in those boxes put together! 👏🏼

The only reason I intend to look behind me is to keep tabs on how far I’ve made it. 🖤✨💫

Why do I feel like he’s contemplating biting me right in the jugular!? 🤣🤣🤣

In all seriousness, this cat is the most loving, needy fella I have ever had in my life! I love him! ❤️ My Larry Cat.
