My biggest thank you and my hardest goodbye. The greatest gift life has giving me was dance, and I cannot start to describe the emotions I am feeling wrapping up my last season after 18 years of this sport.

To my coaches: To anyone that has ever coached me, thank you. Thank you for seeing potential in me, even when I didn’t see it in myself. Thank you for shaping me into the person and dancer I am today. Thank you for endless lessons you have taught me. And thank you for the countless love and support.

To my teammates: I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end my last season with each and everyone of you. The endless about of blood sweat and tears in long and hard practices, the constant laughs, the memories, the love, and the support… I truly couldn’t have done it without you. I cannot express the amount of love I have for these people, you guys are my “why” and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Thank you, Cincinnati.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully express what these last five years have meant to me. This city has watched me grow into myself, face challenges, celebrate milestones, and create a life I’m incredibly proud of. It wasn’t just where I lived, it became home.

I’m so thankful for the friendships I’ve made here, the kind that I know will last a lifetime. Cincinnati gave me memories I’ll never forget and once in a lifetime experiences that changed me in the best way.

Leaving is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, because it means closing a chapter I’ve loved deeply. But I also know it’s time for a new one. It’s sad to say goodbye, but there’s hope for what’s next.

This city will always have a piece of my heart. No matter where I go, Cincinnati will always be home 🫶🏼 taken in Cincinnati by @_kellygarrison
