Meet me on the mat ;)

Pilates has given me so much more than physical strength. Created as a way to heal through movement, it’s helped me do exactly that. It’s taught me patience, confidence, discipline, and the importance of showing up for yourself day after day. What started as a passion has grown into something I now get to share with others every day, and I couldn’t be more grateful♥️ taken in BODY Hot Pilates by @_keltone_
