I fell in love with movement the moment I realized how deeply it could change not just my body, but my mind and spirit. Over the years, I’ve explored it all… dance, cheer, tumbling, yoga, strength training, powerlifting, Pilates, and each one has shaped me in a different way. Movement has taught me discipline, creativity, resilience, and peace within.

I had to make a completely separate post for my deadlift because I’m SO HAPPY with the numbers I pulled… it was a new PR for me of 281 lbs!!! I loved seeing the struggle in my face in all of these pictures, but also the push through to finish it out..😤

Oregon was everything & more 🌿🦋✨
slow mornings, endless greenery, WATERFALLS, coastal views, beautiful weather, and a much-needed break from work/life for a little while.
