Super excited to share that a new composition I’ve made with @_kennebec featuring the incredible string work of @miguelatwoodferguson will be released as part of @somewhere_soul ‘s brilliant Rituals compilation series. I’ve followed Josh and his curations, DJ sets and compilations for a while so it feels quite special to be included. Link to pre-order in bio. by @_kennebec

Today I’m very happy to be releasing a remix of Neakahnie by @tristandeliege featuring one of my great heroes @miguelatwoodferguson - the first in a series remixing last Kennebec record The Water Wheel. There will be a stream of a few more this Fall, followed by two other releases coming in the next 12 months.

The vision of these remixes was to make sleep inducing, relaxing and soothing re-interpretations of the album, and I’m very happy with how it’s all turned out. I hope people can listen to this music, attentively, and relax, unwind, and cool off during these turbulent times.

Let me know what you think below!

Had so so much fun this last week playing some shows around Brooklyn and New Haven, spending time in the studio recording these new live versions and doing some teaching at Greater Hartford Arts Academy. What a blast. I’m so grateful for all these amazing musicians and artists and teachers I get to collaborate with. Looking forward to sharing more of what came of all this later this year. And thanks to all who came out to shows. You are appreciated!

Vermont in Nov with no heat in the church. Live scoring The Naked Island. One of the strangest gigs of my life. Can’t believe daisy played two sets in that cold. What a spectacular tour this was. by @_kennebec
