MOVE IN TRANZIT 009 🔴🔵

For edition 009, we’re taking Move in Tranzit to a historic Chicago after-hours room — for a night dedicated to stripped-back grooves, minimal textures, and the deeper, more experimental side of the dance floor.

We’re excited to welcome experiment.soci(á)l, a duo whose approach to minimal and experimental grooves fits perfectly into the Tranzit sound. Joining them are resident Marc Anthony and new resident Kerrsiv, making his Tranzit debut.

We’ll also be celebrating the birthday of our good friend Lupe, a member of experiment.soci(á)l. ❤️

Three selectors, six hours, one infamous room. Come early, stay late, and let the music take you somewhere.

What a time back at home base @barraca.49 on closing duties with the @one28collective crew

Was so refreshing to dive into a different side of the crate and express sounds that I’ve kept in the pocket

I’ll be thinking about this one for a while🫂

A wise man once said, all roads lead to @barraca.49 ⚔️

A complete honor to be a part of this incredible event alongside so many talented artists and to reunite with the @one28collective crew.

Expect forward-thinking sounds and plenty of experimentation. Looking forward to sharing some of my favorite records with you all.

This is the only proof of last night. It’s hard to put into words coming back to my favorite place in the world and playing with some of my best friends.

To my brother @ivanolimamusic - thank you for bringing the most authentic and intentional sound into a space that covets it so deeply.

To @wheelsofc_ and @bonniekkate - thank you for setting such an amazing tone for the night.

To the crowd, thank you for trusting and riding with us all night long.

This place will always be home. Be back soon🫂 taken in In The Lowest Ferns by @_kerrsiv

Kansas City I’ve been missing you…

So what better way to return than a homecoming headline at my favorite place in the world @inthelowestferns

This room shaped a huge part of my journey, and coming back for a proper night means everything.

Some time ago, after years of spinning records alone in my bedroom (and the occasional frat party), I decided to see what existed beyond myself, and I had no idea what it would turn into.

When I first stepped into the Kansas City scene I didn’t know a single person, I didn’t even really know what I was doing or what I was supposed to do. All I knew was that something about it felt right, and what it became was something far bigger than I ever imagined.

From opening for some of my favorite artists, playing amazing shows with some amazing talent, to meeting some truly incredible people, and building @one28collective with my best friends, this city has left a mark on me that I’ll carry forever.

I owe everything to the people in this scene who believed in me, supported me, and made this journey what it was. Thank you Kansas City, you’ll always hold a place close to my heart❤️
