As some of you know I started a fitness program earlier this year and it finished two weeks ago. My main goal was to achieve more mass and shape since I was stuck at 73kg for years. Also I wanted to learn more about the function of food and how this all connects with your trainings. So.. I started from 73kg with 13,4% of body fat, went all the way up to 84kg, then started cutting and ended at 77kg with 8% of body fat 💪🏼

Am I happy with the results? Yes!
Will I stop now it’s ‘done’? No!
Am I posting this to show off? No!

With this post I want to inspire people and show that there’s a lot possible when you really want and more than you really think. During this period I’ve been on tour for 5 weeks, I’ve been on 2 holidays, I’ve been running my own business 70h a week and even with all those obstacles I’ve managed to plan and prepare 5 meals a day, squeeze in the 2h long workouts 5 times a week, get the needed rest and reach the desired results. ‘I don’t have time for that’ is not an excuse. Sorry, but I’m not buying it.

Set goals and Go Get ‘em, Tiger! 🔥

Big thanks to my trainer Erno and my precious people around me ♥️

Nights like these remind us why we’ve been doing what we love for the past 15 years. Your energy and support inspire us to grow, improve, and create even more.
A huge thank you to @burytomorrow for the opportunity to share the stage, and to @uce_agency for their trust and for inviting us to be part of this amazing night.
Until next time! 🤘

No more apologies
They rot in your mouth
Spit em up like a venom
Then beg me to drown
F🤟ck

Next week we will hit the stage with @burytomorrow

The boys were back in town! 🇱🇹

Vilnius, thank you so much for having us. It was great having your support, seeing old and making new friends. Next month we’re gonna do it over again supporting the mighty @burytomorrow, so we better meet you there 👀

Proud of my boys pulling off these shows with just a minimum amount of rehearsals. Love you to the moon and back ❤️‍🔥

Special thanks to @blackspikes_band and @griefgod_official.
