Smashing day out at the @h2otrails Swim Fest yesterday. A mile in 24C. I think that's my warmest ever mile within a year of my coldest 😂 A gentle 39m44s but time not important, a beautiful day 😊 taken in H2o Trails by @_kieranb

A weekend of two halves at @thereallycold with a frozen lake, and water at around 2C, but great fun both days. I did 500m on Saturday and 100m Sunday. Thanks to the organisers, all the people who made us feel welcome and well done everyone who actually got in 😂🥶 Thank you for the support, suffering the cold and a bit of snoring @stephmarieharvey by @_kieranb
