Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.

Before the day ends, I have to wish my boy Prince a Happy 8th Birthday! 🎉🎂👑

I’m so proud of the young man you’re becoming. Watching you grow, get smarter, and work hard this summer has been a blessing. 🖤

Even on your birthday, you showed up for football practice because I want you to understand early when you have priorities and commitments, you still show up. 💯🏈

Now it’s time to celebrate YOU all weekend! 🥳 Another trip around the sun bigger, smarter, stronger, and ready for what’s next.

Happy 8th Birthday, son! Dad loves you! 🖤👑

30 YEARS BLESSED 🦁🖤💪🏽

Still taking in all the love from my 30th birthday celebration! I truly want to thank EVERYONE who came out to Legacy Fitness to celebrate with me. The love, laughs, good energy and memories made it a night I’ll never forget. 💯

Legacy has always been more than a gym it’s a community, and seeing so many people come together to show love reminded me exactly why I started this in the first place. 🖤

Special shoutout to one of my very own, @chicafitness_08 , who has been supporting me and Legacy since DAY ONE. Thank you for organizing everything and making sure this celebration was special. I appreciate you more than you know! 🙏🏽

And a huge shoutout to @patyverduzco3 for creating such a beautiful customized cake 🎂🔥 You went crazy with it!

Entering 30 surrounded by genuine love, support and people who have been part of this journey is a blessing I don’t take lightly.

Thank you to my entire Legacy family. Chapter 30… we just getting started. 🥂🦁🖤💛
