My baby boy Ashton where do I start 🥹
From the night your doctor called and told me you were diagnosed with Autism level 2 I couldn’t stop crying and I thought it stole my joy of motherhood!!! But from that day we pushed for forward.
You’re the best kid anyone can ask for. You’re so intelligent 5 yrs old on a 2nd grade reading level. Your love for music and how you can just recreate a beat is pure genius ☺️ you’re good at everything you do.
No it’s not easy raising a child on a spectrum but I like to believe GOD knew I could handle it (And DID).
I can’t wait to see how far you grow and go!!!
To the moms who have kids with autism don’t give up, never stop advocating or trying new things. We’ve dealt with the funny looks, the fingers pointed when he throws a tantrum and thru it all I wouldn’t change a thing!!! From one autism mom to the next!!

Motherhood has not been easy but it’s the best role I ever took on!!!

Thank you 20’s.
For teaching me to love myself. For pulling me out of depression. For giving me strength. For letting me receive a college degree. For helping become a licensed cosmetologist. For becoming a salon owner/entrepreneur. For never giving up.
