Darf man eigentlich noch Mai-Momente teilen? 🌞

Musikalisch vielleicht nicht perfekt, ABER we had the time of our lives!

The Journey (is) Home - @wearehaeven Retreat Recap

After traveling for 9.5 months, being one week at home and then landing in the beautiful Sonnenhaus and helping @luisamars and @_romipink with this retreat was beautiful. Also holding a cacao ceremony and sharing what I love with people made this even easier.
Thank you also to all participants. 🌞

8th Month Australia 🇦🇺
Here we go, my last month and recap of Australia: February - March 2026

This month was a perfect mirror of my time here. So many planned things went wrong – I had to replan and fully surrender in so many situations 🌀

I went with beautiful humans to a crazy bush doof and had an amazing time, and dinner together at a friend’s house ✨👨‍🍳
Visited some beautiful nature spots 🌱

Helped again with fencing and working on a property. I just love work like that! 👨‍🔧
Cuddled with kangaroos, pet a Wombat and a Tasmanian Devil 🦘
Met some friends again and drank amazing Mate 🧉

Lived in Melbourne and got hosted by Bianca – after we had barely just met in Krishna Village at the end of my time there. And became friends 🫂
Went to the Krishna Temple and Kirtan and met even more people from Krishna Village 🎶

Worked again at a fun fair – and leveled up my selling skills once more 🎡

And you know what? Even the last part of the journey didn’t go as planned: after sitting on the plane for 1.5 hours we had to exit – technical problems. After waiting at the counter I got a hotel room, and guess what: I arrived having not slept the whole night – and there was a fire alarm. So I had to wait even more 😅

With the extra day in Melbourne I visited some museums and discovered even more what kind of art really inspires me 🖼️

And in the end I arrived two days later in Thailand. But then the journey was just beautiful 🤩

Without the support from people during this month, everything would have been so much harder. Even when I only met some people before for a few hours or days – they supported me and we became friends. This is so beautiful – to see how love brings you love 💕

Thank you thank you thank you 🤍

Love
Ingo ✨

7th month in Australia 🇦🇺

Bye bye mainland - hello Tasmania 🏝️

After living in the Krishna community, I found myself in another one.
In my hostel, I lived with a whole community of people from Vanuatu – such beautiful souls.✨
They were worshipping almost every evening. Singing, praying, sharing. I learned a lot from them.

I started picking cherries and in the second week I was fast enough to hit the bonus. 🍒
At first I thought it’s impossible – but shifting my mindset changed everything. Even though my body (and fingers) were hurting 😄

After just two weeks, the season ended – apparently one of the worst in 35 years.
Another challenge during my journey. 🫠

I kept going and found work in a packing shed. Cold, repetitive, uncomfortable – but also full of good people and meaningful moments with beautiful people 🫂

Somewhere between packing cherries and listening to podcasts, I had a lot of “downloads” 🌀
Moments where I felt deeply connected - and realized how privileged I am to choose my path.

“Failure is the information you need to get where you’re going.” - Rick Rubin
I was reading this book and this sentence is not only perfect for creating art, but also exactly what I was thinking often while this journey.

Now I feel clearer than ever about where I’m heading.

Do you know walking meditation?
I tried both of these options:

The Bud-ho Technique 🪷
Walking meditation is a beautiful way to connect with nature while calming your mind. In the Buddhist tradition, you can use the „Bud-ho“ mantra to stay present and grounded. 🌱

Here are two simple ways to practice:

1️⃣ Option 1: The Rhythmic Step (Simple & Flowing)
In this version, you sync the mantra with your overall stride.

🦶Left Foot: As you step with your left foot, mentally say „Bud.“ Feel the weight shift and the foot touching the ground.
🦶Right Foot: As you step with your right foot, mentally say „ho.“

😌The Result: This creates a continuous rhythm that pulls your energy away from a busy mind and back into your body. It acts as an anchor, keeping you safe from external distractions.

2️⃣Option 2: The Rising & Falling (Deep Focus)
This version is slower and requires more concentration. You apply the mantra to the movement of each foot.

🦶Lifting: As you lift your foot, mentally say „Bud,“ focusing on the feeling of lightness and upward movement.
🦶Placing: As you put the same foot down, mentally say „dho,“ focusing on the pressure and the connection to the earth.

😌The Result: By slowing down and noticing every detail, you naturally calm your nervous system. This creates a „mindfulness bubble“ that protects your energy simply through your own awareness.

Documentaries are also published sometimes decades after the actual happening - so here we go:
my 6th month of Australia - December/January

My last weeks in Krishna Village - one of the best chapters of the whole journey 🥹

Still working in the garden and seeing the sunflowers grow 🌻🥹

Hosting and facilitating a wonderful conscious dance with @lu.of.earth and @ranijoi ❤️
We hold the space together and created something truly wonderful 💫 I will never forget this. It showed me again how I love to bring people together and create events like that. And that I am sooo ready✨

Celebrated Christmas in a community 🎄

Volunteering at @woodfordfolkfestival 🎶

Challenges, learnings - as always 🙃

Coming back for few days and saying goodbye - to the people, the garden, to the place.

One last kirtan - with the best mridanga player and beautiful soul @surat.irl 🫂

And I got the sweetest goodbye letter ever - from the 4 years old Uma, daughter of Surat. She draw the east garden where we worked for two months together 🥹🌻❤️

5 months in Australia // November - December

We got a lot done in East Garden and my heart is always full when I see the cows. Definitely always one of my highlights of this journey here🐄
Cruising around the Village on the motorcycle - so much fun. 💨
I shaved completely after 7 years having at least a mustache 👶
Beautiful connections are created 🫂
Done for sure some „once-in-a-lifetime“ experiences 🤣
Creating art with sticks and leaves that have fallen down in a storm, and chanting together with beautiful humans 🪾This is also a metaphor for life for me now.

After more than a whole month in @krishnavillage - a week’s break in nature with beautiful places and views ⛰️

Realizations that are not always easy to take, but that make me stronger and help me grow 🌀

Coming back to the Village to start the ThaiVedic Bodywork Training - the first time accompanying a training as a photographer and videographer 📷

„you are glowing“ thanks to singing, being creative, community, nature and dancing ✨

what makes you glow?

Time flies – and I’m a little late with my recaps.
In difficult times, it feels especially good to look back at the beautiful moments that happened along the way.

Here is my recap of my 4th month in Australia // October – November.

It almost started with my 33rd birthday and a really beautiful, calm celebration with friends, good food, bonfires and a lot of chocolate.

A wish came true: my first time rock climbing.

So many wonderful moments in nature, shared with friends.

I started volunteering at the Hare Krishna community.

Here I began working with cows and re-started the East Garden project.
Eventually, I’ll write a separate post about this – there are so many impressions and words I’d love to share.

I’ve met so many beautiful human beings here and I’m constantly learning new things.

I tried ThaiVedic Bodywork for the first time.
And enjoyed a lot of delicious food.

Once again, I realized how powerful the tools are that I love:
a meditation in nature can completely shift my mood and help me through tough times – especially when good friends are by my side.

Sometimes I still need to remind myself to actually use these tools when things feel harder.

What is your favorite tool to bring you back in balance?

Sending love and light
