Having BPD isnt easy nor is it an aesthetic. I was diagnosed with BPD and CPTSD in 2021/2022. I struggle everyday with feeling loved and feeling alone. I often feel like a burden and unwanted. I have triggers, I have anxiety, i have feelings that need to be validated no matter how outlandish they are. I am impulsive and have trouble regulating my emotions because i feel so deeply. However I am still human just like everyone else and i deserve to be loved and treated like everyone else. I love hard and I care harder.

i say all this to say ppl with BPD deserve love too and we are human too. We deserve as much grace, if not more, as you. I hope one day yall are able to see us as human just having a more intense human experience. It doesnt mean we're dangerous, we just need more patience and understanding. 🫶🏽

Just because you are nice, that does NOT mean you are a good person. "I was nothing but nice to you" SURE that weird/disrepectful behavior sure wasnt "nice" now was it? #nicepeople #goodpeople by @_kpdabrat
